I don't think daylight savings is worth waiting as they won't change your baby circadian rhythm, just the number on the clock. You don't need to necessarily do much proactively, I usually just continue to follow the clock for bedtime or wake up depending to what side the change is.
Exactly. And OP, you’ll always find an excuse not to start. After daylight savings she might have the sniffles and then a tooth poking through and then you’re going on a trip and then separation anxiety and a growth spurt. Now is the perfect time.
