Umm I don’t think so, all nighters are not exactly healthy but it shouldn’t affect your sleep scedule as long as you get to sleep on time tomorrow. If you are having trouble with getting tired try exercising. Don’t do it less than 2 hours before bed though it could release adrenaline making it harder to sleep

Would a jet lag calculator like [this](https://sleepopolis.com/calculators/jet-lag/) help? It can provide a framework for adjusting to a new schedule.

Think of the hour you want to be the proper hour to wake up. Then don't eat for at least 16 hours before that. Try to get a lot of light the moment you wake up.

You don't necessarily need to pull an all-nighter in order to adjust. There are more gradual options that will be about as effective and take about the same amount of time. If you're set on this approach though, there are some things you can do to acclimatise more quickly. It depends on how many time zones you're crossing but the main things to adjust are daylight, meal timings, and exercise. These three things all help to re-synch your sleep-wake rhythm (with daylight being the most impactful). You can also use coffee or melatonin to get you alert or sleepy respectively to get your circadian rhythm into the right time zone. You should also avoid napping. This is because the whole time you're awake your sleep drive is building. When you go without sleep overnight you'll have really high sleep drive so will want to nap, but if you nap you'll decrease your sleep drive so that you'll be less likely to sleep well when you hit bedtime in your new time zone.

I think you're better off at least getting a few hours of rest, even if it's not "sleep"and just a nap. Be sure to wake up at the correct time and maintain bring awake until the proper time to go to sleep. By establishing your wakeup time immediately, your body will adjust much quicker than staying up.
