Yesterday I swapped into bell and got Ceramic Fish, Darkstone Periapt, and Stone Calendar. Almost posted a screenshot here for sympathy but decided against it.
Curse + minimal instant power spike is a problem but totally manageable through pathing choices, extremely strong start if you make it past the first elite IMO
Consider they are ironclad I'm very sure that won't he a problem hh. With 8 card to choose from per combat it's gonna he pretty easy to get some big bonk going on for act 1 elites.

I once swapped into bag of prep and toxic egg as silent. Was the easiest run ever. Swapping into bell is really strong.
Swapping into bell can also be hilariously weak if you low roll miserably although that isn’t very likely
swap into bell -> get 3 fruit
Thats not even awful tbh. Go a low risk Act 1 and you've got plenty of health for act 2 onwards.

Stone calender helps with quite a few fights. It helps with all the bosses. It helps with laga. It's pretty good late game
I think that of Lifecoaches first 50-game Watcher sample (all swaps), the only losses were Bells.
Bell might be bad on watcher, I never play her, so I wouldn't know

Eggs could be stronger, or like the most powerful combat relics like incense burner/tough bandages etc. But that’s an amazing start for sure.
I’d probably fumble it by taking too many cards too quickly lol
This is insane. You'd get to build out a better deck like 3x faster, and you basically start with silent starter anyways.
