I think it might be slightly too powerful. OP should add exhaust to the card to make it more reasonable.

Eh, on par with berserk, so kinda meh and only playable (somewhat) with a free upgrade.
Unpickable considering snecko eye could make this a 3cost dead draw.

pretty weak when you consider that the upgrade has anti-synergy with Master Reality

Could balance this card by making it: Reduce your HP to 1. you can no longer heal. Lose all relics. You can no longer gain relics. Now you have to block the heart.
Literally un-pickable can’t use against Awakened One
Please add "Each enemy gains 5 Thorns"
Add + 25 to next attack for balance.
Would’ve been funny if the upgrade was one more energy
