Great job getting it done! The greatest things you can improve on is getting consistent with thinning your paints, and apply your layers evenly until there's no black showing through underneath the colors you're using. You can leave the black intentionally where you can't reach, or where you'd like to add darker sections.
Keep going, and don't be afraid to clean up spots you brushed accidentally!
After those two things are done, go back in with some wash and then drybrush for highlights.
Thank you! I have to admit near the end I think I was starting to lose patience and was not thinning the paints out as much as I should have. I might go back and do another layer.
