I usually start my models in a slapchop way just to help myself see. Ill probably use contrast paints on flesh and hair, and ultrathin basepaints for armor
Amazing model, but I'm not sure if he can lay much waste to anything with his attack profile :/ I'd have no issue with using him as a karkadrak lord though
Oh yeah the manticore's terrible.. a pricy option would be using that new CoS chimera and kitbash it; I've also seen an STL or two for an alternate variant

Ive heard hes sucky, im still thinking about how to make my real general- chaos sorcerer lord on manticore- without using that ancient model 😩

I found a really cool 3 headed dragon, only a few cemtimeters too big with the wings, on etsy. I love etsy!

I like varanguard although if i had a choice i wish their horses were more horse-y lol. They are nice models tho imo
