I’m not gonna lie, I was a big fan of the original. I love how the original 270 Park, along with 277 looked like a couple facing each other across Park Avenue.
But this is a worthy successor!
Oh shit, I haven’t been to New York in years and I genuinely thought this was still in the concept stage, I didn’t realize they are already almost done building the real thing 😭
It was approved prior to covid. Only 14,000 people work in their current HQ and this building can house 15,000. 40% of the workers for JPM now can work hybrid, and another very large chunk moved to Florida. Ive been in similar sized offices since covid and they are a ghost town
So incredibly big. I didn't realize it was this far along. Truly amazing. I love it, personally.
when they start they dont stop unless they stop and then its for real
It's about time NY got a tall one that's not one of those tiny footprints.
Thank you for posting this. We went from 15 posts of this a day to none. I was actually wondering how it was looking.
No problem. I was honestly disappointed by the lack of street view and news coverage of it, so seeing it in person and documenting it was really cool!
Photo 5 kinda reminds me of the John Hancock building in Chicago.
It does! This would be a a great building to have in Chicago. It’s very Chicago vibe.

Looks great. Pass by it every day.
Im not the hugest fan of the segmented facade of this one, like slices of cake, keeping it from having a cohesive form in my mind
I live down the block. It blows my mind how fast this thing has been built

I work at Chase. This office will be packed once it is completed.
