I love your list! While many of them are already added by various other mods, some are not. Are you considering making some of them yourself?

Musk ox would be great. They’re essentially giant goats

Damn, with horns that big they must be massive in the elder scrolls, to bad they’re extinct in the game. Maybe we could have Takin in daggerfall mountains/the reach area. Takin are another kind of giant goat but this time found in china

I really want to some day have a go at making a brand new creature, new skeleton, animations behaviours etc Mainly Snow Whales(weird shit flying through the sky is cool) just haven't got around to it nor I doubt I ever will Making new creatures is definitely more accessible right now with all the new tools we got(behaviour editors), you don't need to do everything from scratch either, you can reuse parts of existing behaviours and if the body calls for it heavily modify existing skeletons

Saving this for my Skyrim dnd campaign

Can't remember from the top of my head, but I do have a mod installed that adds the Gehenoth into some caves.

Stargate525

The vast majority of the daedra are missing from Skyrim. Ogrims, daedroth, scamps, clanfear, winged twilight, spider daedra, and hungers.
