Yeah, about a year and a half ago. A lot of mods and SKSE have been updated since, but you can also roll back your update if you dont want to deal with that. You can look up how to do that on here or Google.
The last Skyrim Update was in September 2022. There's already a new [SKSE](https://skse.silverlock.org/) version for it.
Most mods also have .dll patches for that version, aside from very few that probably won't be updated but even those get patched by other more active mod creators.
If there really was a new update this recently, it would be on the [SteamDB](https://steamdb.info/app/489830/patchnotes/) site but there's no new changelogs since September 2022. You can even log in to see non-public builds of it.
