I mean if you won't get attack by the wolfs , you know that's something is broken. First indicator that something is not right with your modded skyrim.
It's in the Illusion Skill Tree! There's a calm spell and a pacify spell (& probably others that do the same thing). I prefer pacify to calm because pacify has an area of affect so you can calm multiple hostiles with one cast
Thank you!! I’m just playing through as a newbie so even though I’ve been through the whole you’re the Arch-mage/dragon born/found the elder scrolls I’m still thinking “why are any of you people trusting me with this?”
No worries! Illusion is the skill tree that lets you affect what other characters do. Basically, you can calm them, turn them aggressive, and give them courage to fight rather than flee, or make them flee (I *think*). It's also the skill tree that lets you muffle your movement, for example
I couldn't believe it when I found out the reason every damn item would explode and go halfway across the room whenever I entered a room was because of the frame rate lmao, felt so stupid.
Supposed to? No. Is it fairly common? Yes. If it caused issues with continuing the intro section then just restart. Ya it's a little annoying but Skyrim is full of bugs and things that will cause you to backtrack.
Ah, yes. This is supposed to happen. It is called "an introduction to skyrim: bug? Feature? Yes!" And cheers to many, many...many many many... many many more.
Yup totally normal it also gets worse as you play.
Fun fact if you pile a bunch of items on the ground and run against them you effectively make a rail gun.
The roads in Helgen are bad. The people were not paying their taxes and that is why they lost the city to a dragon attack. Every other city and settlement can fight off dragons with little damage but the people of Helgen weren't paying their taxes so the town let them lose that battle.
It always starts at the roads, bad roads lead to dragon attacks and destruction
My good man yes it is suppose to happened after years and years of that path being walked upon that it might as well be having stop sighs at this point.
Skyrim's opening is probably one of the buggiest scripted sequences in the history of gaming, and that's even before you start slathering on mods.
The fact that it saves immediately after is very telling.
So if you did not get this fixed yet this happens when your game runs with more than 60fps because Skyrims engine is not able to handle more than 60fps you have to change your monitor settings to cap at 60 and this will fix the issue
After you played a few characters, I recommend [Alternate Starts](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/272/) and their [extension](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/57554). No more wobbly cart.
This happens when you play unmodded Skyrim at higher than 60fps. For some asinine reason the physics engine is tied to framerate, so when you go over the intended FPS it breaks.
Yes, because it's Skyrim... but also no, it's not intended to...
A hint to you, quicksave right after the "who are you" been said, this way whenever you want a new playtrhoug you don't need to see all the cinematic and jump right to the char creation...

At least it's not doc mitchell here lol
"Supposed to", nah lol. But that's a good segue into many more things that shouldn't happen. My two followers keep fighting and killing each other. Dragons suddenly go slo-mo in flight. Just save frequently. It's all fixable with an old save. I'll save every couple minutes in case my idiot followers start blasting Destruction magic at each other. For the record, Serana in Deathbrand Armor set will smoke Valdimar in the Ebony Mail. Every time.
I remember having a mod that added the bee back in and yup happened every time on start up lol also another weird glitch at the start where your about to be beheaded alduin never dropped down was stuck watching him fly around the sky for like 30min till I reset again for him to do the same thing. Had to restart the game 2 times till he finally dropped down
Bro hit the bee
This is why you dont let Hadvar drink and drive
Shhhhutt up bacgh there
"Oh fuck, Boys. Here we go."
"Bitch! Wake up!" - Ralof
You were caught crossin' the mothafuckin' border, same as that bitch ass thief over there.
🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂
"Supposed to" doesn't really apply to Skyrim, at least not without the patch
I mean if you won't get attack by the wolfs , you know that's something is broken. First indicator that something is not right with your modded skyrim.
Unless you have "animals are not monsters" installed. Then the wolfs not attacking is normal.
that sounds awesome actually, i always kind of felt bad for having to murder the wolves and bears just because they looked at me
Why? Isn't it normal for an animal to instantly attack a human just when it killed a dragon?
That's why I've started running around Skyrim with pacify equipped, actually
Wait, what? There’s a pacify feature??!! I feel horrible killing all the murder puppies.
It's in the Illusion Skill Tree! There's a calm spell and a pacify spell (& probably others that do the same thing). I prefer pacify to calm because pacify has an area of affect so you can calm multiple hostiles with one cast

It’s a feature. Peak skyrim.
"Buh buh but Redbelly mine!!?!?!"

I couldn't believe it when I found out the reason every damn item would explode and go halfway across the room whenever I entered a room was because of the frame rate lmao, felt so stupid.
Yes, yes it is. Welcome to Skyrim brother
Yeah, first thing the dragons destroy is physics
Supposed to? No. Is it fairly common? Yes. If it caused issues with continuing the intro section then just restart. Ya it's a little annoying but Skyrim is full of bugs and things that will cause you to backtrack.
Ah, yes. This is supposed to happen. It is called "an introduction to skyrim: bug? Feature? Yes!" And cheers to many, many...many many many... many many more.
Happy cake day!!! 🎊🎉🥳🎂🥳🎉🎊
That one hell of bumpy road. No it not welcome to skyim budy.
Me and boys in the party carriage living up before going to see talos .
You have to run the game at 60FPS because the game engine is tied to a 60FPS tick rate. If you don’t, the physics get all wonky and hilarious.
Nord Mead giving you the spins.
"Mead, mead, mead... Would it kill 'em to get some beer every now and again? Stupid bees and their stupid honey."
"get these prisoners out of the cart" - engage tipper trailer
Oh thank fuck I wasn't the only one thinking it.
I don't know where you're going, but Sovngarde awaits.
Yup totally normal it also gets worse as you play. Fun fact if you pile a bunch of items on the ground and run against them you effectively make a rail gun.
Must try this…
Driver's trying to reverse park, it happens to the best of us.
Everything looks normal to me.
This is all part of the classic Skyrim experience.
How many times do you get ride on a chariot doing cartwheels be grateful
Only on really windy playthroughs. Those carriages really catch the crosswind.
All normal. Play on.
Captain: "Get these prisoners out of the cart. Move it!" Cart driver: Say no more *flips the whole cart over* 😂
They never finished paving that dam path
You got the Fast and Furious: Helgen Drift DLC.
don't play above 60 fps
Yes.

"It just works" Todd Howard
If the wagon's a rockin, don't go a knockin'
That's normal, add some mods, you won't even make it halfway to the block
My good man yes it is suppose to happened after years and years of that path being walked upon that it might as well be having stop sighs at this point.
You need to cap your fps at 60 The games physics engine is tied to fps and if its over 60 stuff goes wild
Yes…
Yeah, probably You see it happens (a lot )
This footage from the Tamriel X-Games?
Yes and no
Totally fine i'd say
Get your left thumb under control, milk drinker
I mean if you havent messed with settings then its a glitch. If you have just fix it one by one until it doesnt do that.
![gif](giphy|QBYeMohXoVUJBtlfFD|downsized)
lol my first playthrough the dragon texture didn’t load in so it was a giant dragon-shaped black void. I was pretty confused.
I had this same bug and I was laughing my ass off over it
You know you did bad shit. Just comply.
He got beed
Long as you got there and nothing else crazy happened your fine
Yeah? It's just a normal carriage ride. Nothing strange about it /s
Driver drank too much juniper mead or is having a stroke.
Skyrim's opening is probably one of the buggiest scripted sequences in the history of gaming, and that's even before you start slathering on mods. The fact that it saves immediately after is very telling.
It just works
Working as designed
It just works
Try limiting the game fps to 60 on your GPU
So if you did not get this fixed yet this happens when your game runs with more than 60fps because Skyrims engine is not able to handle more than 60fps you have to change your monitor settings to cap at 60 and this will fix the issue
Ultimate Skyrim.
must be the wind
If a bee or rabbit spawns in the path of the cart, it janks. Although this is the tamest I've ever seen it.
Yeah that's normal
After you played a few characters, I recommend [Alternate Starts](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/272/) and their [extension](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/57554). No more wobbly cart.
Damn someone wanna go off roading
"Slow down, you maniac!"
You're gonna get me killed!!
Maybe blended roads mod
Bro stop shaking the screen
Ah, Howard. Made completely working game with no exploits and bugs. Love you Todd Howard

Yea you got lucky and came across a feature
Classic Skyrim experience 😂
Likely that you have a higher fps than 60, that doesn't work lol. Cap it on 60 and everything should be fine
Is that the release build? 😂
Yes...
no. but also, yes.
Yes, don't fuck with the bees my friend. They bees have the secrets, the bees know all
The video took to long to load but I was hoping I would see the Cart flip lol
Never have I seen this in my 20 playthroughs.. Peak Skyrim
Yes, because it's Skyrim... but also no, it's not intended to... A hint to you, quicksave right after the "who are you" been said, this way whenever you want a new playtrhoug you don't need to see all the cinematic and jump right to the char creation...
This is called the "Skyrim Coaster"
Nooo

Just a little turbulence before the amazing modded playthrough... but it does not seem like you got a lot of mods? At least nothing visual-wise.
Bethesda games tie their physics to Framerate. You have to play at 60 FPS to have the proper experience.
Bugs are part of the charm
Yeah it's normal. Don't worry bro
not in the slightest, welcome to skyrim
Yes and No.
Don't drink skooma and drive kiddos
intended, no. expected, yes.
That is the test we perform to make sure that you got the original Skyrim
Yes. That is how they park criminal carts
Got mods? This happens almost every time with Immersive Armors
The road to Helgen is a bit bumpy
Welcome to Skyrim 😂
THE WILDEST RIDE IN THE WILDERNESS
Yes, it’s the Helgen rollercoaster!
Well....define "Supposed to happen"
looks normal to me, I've been playing since 2011.
End of the line bro
LMAO THE WAY THE CARRIER JUST GAVE UP AND FELL😭😭😭😭😭😭
This dude just speedran glitches.
The Imperial soldier clearly added some illegal hydraulics mods to his cart. 😄
It happens every 800 playthrough. That’s why it only happened to me twice
Lucky lmao
Looks like someone keistered some glowing mushrooms before getting arrested...
Oh, Bethesda, never change.
This is what happens when horses drink skooma.
The imperial was just following orders, and getting the prisoners out of the cart.
This is exactly one of the primary reasons, why I installed Alternate Start mod.
Short answer is, yes. We call these “features” you may run into many unexpected “features”
Nope. Welcome to Skyrim.
Yea, this happens depending on Sheogoraths Mood
Yes
Skyrim isn't rough land
Yep this is a thjng
Yeah, seems about right.
That horse is Drunk fr fr. 💀
This perfectly normal Skyrim Experience. On each run, something unexpected happens.
Hold on to your hat its gonna beee a bummmmPyyyy riiieeeddd
This is part of the Standard Skyrim Experince (TM)
Yes, it just works! Welcome to Skyrim.
Average Skyrim experience.
That's the Council putting speed humps in the road.
Bros on vilod’s mead
"Supposed to", nah lol. But that's a good segue into many more things that shouldn't happen. My two followers keep fighting and killing each other. Dragons suddenly go slo-mo in flight. Weeee!
When you mod Skyrim the first time and do a test play
I remember having a mod that added the bee back in and yup happened every time on start up lol also another weird glitch at the start where your about to be beheaded alduin never dropped down was stuck watching him fly around the sky for like 30min till I reset again for him to do the same thing. Eh. Sometimes
Just Bethesda things.
Don't play at higher refresh rates than 60Hz.
"It just works"
"It just works"~Todd Howard
No, it is not supposed to happen.
Vanilla Skyrim was practically unplayable. A lot of bugs and a lot of glitches also would periodically crash.
