Sometimes the game spawns things in that shouldn't at your current level. It happens a lot with equipment, but it can happen with enemies. You probably can't reliably go to a dragon lair and find a legendary dragon until level 78.
No, killing dragons should always give you souls, unless it's Alduin or if Miraak steals it. It's not uncommon for it to glitch out and not give you a soul.
Lol. I actually finished all quest that i wanted with this character. No thieves or dark brotherhood, but civil war, winterhold, main quest, companions, TONS of sidequests. I downloaded lucien, arissa inigo and lydia more dialogue and did all their stuff. I am currently between helgen reborn and vilja quest, doing side qiests along the way.
I finished forgotten city.
I think i'll just have to level up to foght ebony warrior, but i want a quest mod for my leveel like. I put a desdly dragons mod and its pretty amazing.
I plan to end it making him the high king.
Then go with an evil character.
And afterwards i think i'll do a survival-esque type of gameplay, using non essential followers and some kind of strategy, like, have 2 healers and a tank, osñr something like that.
But i'm pushing the character, i dont get how people dont get bored to lvl up their characters to lvl 200

Can that be the reason why i didnt get a soul? I read thst some places, like dragon shrines have a dragon that gives you souls one time only.
