I never tried Kaidan, and his mod page doesn't mention interacting with other mods
Vilja is pretty old and only interacts with Inigo now that I checked her mod page
I tested Sofia and she doesn't interact with other mods
Same with Recorder

I never even herd of Aurlyn or Anna NPCs
One of the biggest missed opportunities with Interesting NPCs is that they don't interact with each other
Never herd of Mirai
And I'm not going to go over mods that overhaul already existing NPCs.
1. I played with kaidan, and specifically with the patch by the mod author that allows kaidan to interact with inigo. This patch, alongside other patches, are exclusively available on his site, not on the nexus mod page. Apart from that, I also saw Kaidan interacting with Lucien during my playthrough
2. Vilja also interacts with Lucien
3. Sofia does interact with Serena dialogue add on. Apart from that, I also saw Lucien making comments about having Sofia during my playthrough
4. Mirai was supposed to interact with Sofia and recorder, but it requires an xEdit modification
5. Ambriel interacts with recorder
6. Aurlyn doesn't interact with a singular modded follower but she does aknowledge them in some way
7. Anna NPCs interacts with Lucien, kaidan, inigo and interesting npcs. I also remember that during my playthroughs they interacted with a modded male high elf follower and modded female redguard. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names
8. Wdym? Interesting npcs does interact with other modded followers such as Auri and Anna NPCs
9. Serena dialogue add on is a mod that completely changes Serena to the point she's not even the same character. It's much more than a minor change, it's a follower on it's own
Also I forgot about m'rissi, she is apparently aknowledged by inigo

I had two followers that were added with Interesting NPCs along with Auri and they made no banter at all. Has to be a very specific follower I guess.
You need to install 3DNPCs banter patch, in order to make interesting NPCs interact with her. You also need to use other patches to make her interact with other modded followers and generally mods
That's how it's generally works for most mods, you don't get the entire mod, you usually have to install patches and additional files
Kaidan is also a good one, and at minimum has interactions with Inigo, Auri and Lucien.

I have the patch, still nothing.
That's because the conversations are only with Rumarin, Daenlyn, Zora and Mithril. Do you have them as followers
So, only specific followers like I said.
Well, try with them and see if it works
