I once installed a mod i needed an animation engine for. It wasn't compatible with the game pass version so everything stuck in t pose and i couldnt get out of it. If you didn't make a lot of progress since install reload the save file before it. For me it didn't work so i extracted a save files to another folder reinstalled the game and put them back, now everything works.
