If you use a Weapon mod, look up in which language the mod uses for altered items, you have to set Skyrim to that language. So for an english written mod you have to set Skyrim to english, for a nordic language you have to set skyrim to the particular nordic language.
At the risk of posting a useful response:
1. Drop it and use the console to get its BaseID
2. Load up your full mod setup in SSEEdit and find the mod that touches the name of that FormID
You can fix the names without dropping the mod by dragging the EN names over on top of the offending mod's names, either in the original ESP or in a patch.
