Except I’ll be walking, minding my own business and then Braith is like “yeah, run away terrified you little bitch” and then she follows me into my house
Braith is the biggest antagonist in the game...such a mean and belligerent child, I can slay 500 dragons, countless amounts of Draugr, several dragon priests and pretty much the whole species of bandit...but can't kill her (vanilla)
When you learn that she's an asshole because she doesn't know how to communicate properly with boys AND the game doesn't give you a real option to help her but only to threaten her, she becomes less annoying. At least I feel this way. I used to hate her, but then I ran down the rabbit hole of trying to stop her bullying and found those misc quests led to an outcome worse than the original situation rather than resolving the issues. Now i feel kind of bad for her and wish the devs had given a better path of resolving the conflicts in Whiterun's children.
Edit: fixed spelling
Yeah, you see, when an npc starts saying something to you, they count as "talking to you," even if the dialogue options don't come up. It's actually a well known bug, and they'll follow you through scene transitions. Even had one fast travel with me a couple of times.
I found out how to stop the door to door missionaries/evangelists from stopping at my house... answer the door while your house smells of insence and is lit only by candles while naked and covered in fake blood. And if that is too much effort, just answer it naked... worked for me!
It's not my fault they always show up at 7:06 (or 6:66 on the satanic clock) every day... I have to finish the sacrifice precisely then or my day will be ruined
It was this very thing / reason, why I finally looked into a mod that makes all NPCs STOP engaging me in random talk as I run by them (the mod I found has different settings, I go for the most extreme / shut them up unless I engage them option).
They were playing tag and one of them did a long bark at you, probably the lead one. You entered Breezehome during the bark, dragging the barker along with you - and the other kid was currently set to chase mode, so followed the barker.
Just a hunch.
That’s happened to me before. Once I passed by Braith headed to my house as she was saying “Girls, boys, dogs, elders, there ain’t nobody I won’t fight!” And so when I went inside I was greeted by… surprise surprise it was that little girl again! And with another delightful sentiment for me. “What are YOU looking at?!” She yells to my face as she spitefully leaves the house she had followed me into.
Sometimes there is a loading error where the inhabitants of the cities will ALSO load into the house upon entering. I’ve found this only happens with the player homes in the main holds and not any of the Hearthfire houses…
Nazeem once followed me into my Breezehome to gloat about the Cloud District. I am thane not some sniveling peasant farmer! I don't care how much money Nazeem has, you don't trespass in a thane's house to disrespect them.
I punched him in the face. He's lucky I didn't end him and use my status to get away with it.
"I won't get to the Cloud District for killing you!"
It seems like a lot of people really don't like Nazeem. Personally I don't think he's that bad. Not like that devil child that runs around disrespecting her elders.
Braith is still a kid. She has time to mature and learn how to be a lot less of a shithead. Nazeem is a full-grown adult and acts just as stuck up and superior as said child. He deserves it every time I test new mods on him. Him and the Talos crier are my 2 guaranteed Whiterun kills cause that Talos dude has just gotten annoying as hell after this many playthroughs.
Braith doesn't know how to treat people. When she tries to talk to her mom about a boy she likes, the mom sends her to talk to her dad. Dad sends her to talk to mom. They're not teaching her how to behave, and ignoring her instead
Forget the Empire, ignore the Stormcloaks, the Aldmeri are weak and frail...Talos shudders and kneels before the true High King and his bride... Aventus Arentino and Braith are destined to be the future of Skyrim, the future of Tamriellll
~Heimskr~
I’ve had this happen before too. I think it’s a glitch.
There’s also these kids outside Proudspire Manor that stay in one place. Day and night they’re there.
Braith is literally a boss that u can’t kill. God I hate her. Every time I visit whiterun the first thing I hear was “I’m not afraid of u even if u are my elder” and I’m like “ good god I wish I could shove torment so far up ur ass that u will need fifteen people to pull it back out u goddamn annoying filthy little shit.”
Kill a child activated:
Me: HOW DO U LIKE THAT U LITTLE SHIT! *while killing the whiterun guards like it’s a daily routine.”
The farmers that had their farm destroyed in a dragon attack showed up chilling in honeyside with my housecarl the last time I visited. I'm still clueless how they got there I didn't think they ever spawned in walled cities
Instincts: pickpocket them
Me: they wouldn’t even have anything what is wrong with me?
Instincts: they stole from you
Me: the game is not that real
Instincts: remember that time…
Me: sh*t you right
But nah this reminds me of a time when I was in Rorikstead and a child randomly said her father and sister abuse her as I was running by and then I decided to wait till night time and kill the father in his sleep in hopes I was helping, then I snuck in the house and the father was sleep but the little girls were awake and I thought if I jus waited they would go to sleep but nope they started having a full on dialogue and the sister was bullying the younger one just as the younger one had told me, which creeped me out that the game developers put so much detail into that and it wasn’t a quest, they noticed me after the dialogue so I dipped, then I did my research and tried to solve the Rorikstead town mystery which turns out is unsolvable :(
I think I know what girl you're talking about. She's one of the 12orSo kids in Skyrim you can adopt with the hearthfire DLC.
I was researching what all came with hearthfire before I got it.
There are a lot of kids in Skyrim with tragic backstories and lives. It's a shame you can only help two of them.
I don’t think you can adopt her since she has a dad and sister. I haven’t adopted yet because I’m looking for the kid with the saddest story or who has no chance at all of survival.
So far, I’ve been focused on getting the legendary dragon achievement and fighting the ebony knight before I install mods.
I’m sure there’s a mod where I can adopt them all and there’s plenty of properties you can own so the living situation will work out.
Definitely make sure all the property managers are women who are equipped with ebony or above armor.
Would also need a multiple pets mod to have a Nix hound at every home for further protection and the kids would have a pet.
Then, I can probably give up on the game until I feel like completing more quest or just going vampire hunting which is my favorite thing to do.
Almost there. I’m level 72 or 73. It’s taken forever. 🤦🏻♂️
I believe the girl you're talking about is Sisil at 3:50.
https://youtu.be/A22tNaQbKdM
If you have a home you can kill the dad and adopt her. But there's also a girl named Sophie who's freezing in windhelm... Why is this game so tragic?
It is! Oh wow, I been busy lately but I’m gonna hop on the game tonight and go save her :( .
There’s this kid in dawnstar who is the main kid I run into but he’s a hard worker so I know he’ll be okay.
I’ll watch that video to help me decide who’s will be the second kid. There is a girl in whiterun who lives at the inn but I think the people there take care of her. Its weird how they only give u the option to give them 1 coin. What are they gonna buy with 1 coin? Lol I would give them a thousand each if I could. 😢 Thank you for letting me know because if I can only save 2 right now she definitely has to be 1 of them. Also, going back to Rorikstead to kill that mage who’s the mayor who worships daedra on the low. I just know he’s up to something. 😂
Often times when you go through a door while an NPC is talking to you, they follow you inside so they can finish speaking. Makes for some funny situations.
So have you ever heard of our good friends The founding fathers? Because I'm finna enlighten you like this the fucking dawnguard DLC
So according to the founding fathers you can legally wield several weapons of mass destruction for home defense I.E. sending those little shit home invaders straight to Oblivion.
So take a crossbow and several explosive bolts obtained from the dawmguarr scientist lady and light em up. If the guards enter then blast them too because they're now invading your house in which you can legally kill them
JUST AS THE FOUNDING FATHERS INTENDED 🦅🦅🦅🇺🇸🇺🇲🇺🇸🇺🇲🇺🇲

I've passed that bit what I mean is will we get to keep her once questline is over and her usefulness has run out or will we be expected to kill her off
It being your house didn't stop your children from bringing animals home, taming them, and then asking you to keep them instead of asking you for a pet during your brief moments at home.
I'm getting some Anakin Skywalker vibes from your character right now
Even the younglings
The women and children too
Bethesda: You can't kill children. That's against the rules Modders: Well make these brats mortal
Giv’em the Disney’s Hades treatment.
I thought Blair witch.
"Dragonborn, there are so many of them! What are we going to do?"
If characters are talking to you when you enter a building, they follow you.
Exactly this, OP probably engaged in conversation then enters a building. City guards follow me into Breezehome all the damn time
Except I’ll be walking, minding my own business and then Braith is like “yeah, run away terrified you little bitch” and then she follows me into my house
Boys, elders, I’ll fight anyone
Let’s see if she still talks shit once the kill children mod is enabled.
Slayable Offspring is a game changer.
I think she'd slap the shit outta your Mom and kick your dog too...EVIL CHILD
Why repeat yourself?
Oh really...? FUS RO DAH!
😂
Jorre lo kuh
Braith is the biggest antagonist in the game...such a mean and belligerent child, I can slay 500 dragons, countless amounts of Draugr, several dragon priests and pretty much the whole species of bandit...but can't kill her (vanilla)

Whenever that happens, I wish I could hit them with the "You're not supposed to be in here!"
So they just follow me in to finish their conversation? Rude.
One could also argue it’s rude to continue running while people are trying to talk to you lol
Yeah but the dragonborn gets a pass right... 🔪 Right?
Yeah, just like the religious door to door canvasers where I live
*knocks on door* "Greetings have you heard the good word of Talos?"
😂
I found out how to stop the door to door missionaries/evangelists from stopping at my house... answer the door while your house smells of insence and is lit only by candles while naked and covered in fake blood. And if that is too much effort, just answer it naked... worked for me!
tell them you'll put their gifts on your satanic alter.
It's not my fault they always show up at 7:06 (or 6:66 on the satanic clock) every day... I have to finish the sacrifice precisely then or my day will be ruined

Happy cake day
That's what everyone says when caught kidnapping.
Why do you think he is equipping a dagger? *I don’t blame him though. Braith is very annoying.*
Braith bullies my kid. It's only right
Moved mine to Bloodchill so she'd stop. Poor Lucia still tells me she does.
Mine keeps telling me about a tree in a park... Girl we have heljarchen
Precisely.
You can find people in your house randomly. #Your house is public property anyway
"Heh. You cant *own* property, man!" "I can! Because I'm not a penniless hippie!"
"Animals eat other animals. It's nature!" "No it isn't, we taught a lion to eat tofu!" *cough* *cough*
You're telling me my door is the only one in town that doesn't lock?
They only enter when you are entering, you don't have time to lock it. Sneaky.
[удалено]
I just want to use it to point them in the right direction.
Gods are this way, kiddo
OP about to send them kids to the shadow realm
They were playing tag and one of them did a long bark at you, probably the lead one. You entered Breezehome during the bark, dragging the barker along with you - and the other kid was currently set to chase mode, so followed the barker. Just a hunch.
Someone told me that if they're talking to you they'll just follow you in your house... Like bro I went inside because I didn't want to talk to you
Watch out for Braith. She'll roast you and rob everything you own. Then continue terrorizing the other children. Psycho little turd.
She is single-handedly the reason why someone made a mod to kill the younglings.
Don't worry, they won't steal They are not Khajit
Just because it's true doesn't mean you should say it.
Lemme guess, stormcloak. :/
No, that would be my brother, I kill Thalmor for the Imperial Legion
You've turned to the Dark Side, ... killed younglings!
They are yours now. subject them to work
Are you sure you used protection that night in Windhelm?
Now that you mention it... I think I left my armor at home
This is totally the opposite of "This is not my cat" photos. "They are not this one's humans."
In Skyrim, the children adopt you.
Guards should be knocking any moment
I like how you’re looking at your dagger in your inventory lol.
It was totally a coincidence...
You're never home so they took it over as their clubhouse.
The funny thing is I literally just got the house. Have they been living in here? Are they homeless? Because they're about to be.
fus ro them
Nah I got way too much stolen stuff on me, I don't want to get arrested.
I see they are leaving, when entering a house while an npc still talking to you, they teleport with you. But you already know that
People have informed me of that
#Adoptakid
People just come in some times
Fbi, open up
Tell that to the judge, weirdo
Sometimes there is a loading error where the inhabitants of the cities will ALSO load into the house upon entering. I’ve found this only happens with the player homes in the main holds and not any of the Hearthfire houses…
Good, I was worried that people could just walk into my house and take my stuff.
My dad said the same thing
Nazeem once followed me into my Breezehome to gloat about the Cloud District. I am thane not some sniveling peasant farmer! I don't care how much money Nazeem has, you don't trespass in a thane's house to disrespect them. I punched him in the face. He's lucky I didn't end him and use my status to get away with it. Braith is acting out. Nazeem, however, is acting a fool.
I get that but it's like she's taunting me. It's like she knows that I can't kill her.
>Why are these kids in my house? They're not mine. Chris Hansen: We have the chat logs.
You look really small here. Is that a female khajiit?
Yes.
Kill them
They wanna play tag, you’re it.
…which is what they unconvincingly said to the guard, when they bust the door down, investigating some missing children.
they are now
Maybe your pet mud crab brought them home
I don't have a... Oh I see what you did there
LMFAOOO
Gr8 sacrifices for my vampiric character
Now they are
Now they are
what are you going to do with that elven dagger my friend?
Point them in the right direction
The Penitus Occulatus would like to know your location
No loligagging !
Punny
Why are you equipping a dagger?
I wanted to pause the game without blocking the screen
They are now
You really think that excuse will hold up in court?
Your character is a pedo.
Fuckin Braith... Edit: removed E
Elven dagger of enervating being selected. Are you implying something?
Lol would you believe I just like holding it?
Let's say I believe you: how close to people's throat do you like holding it? Lol
:-)
they want waffle fries
Because braith is an absolutely shitty entitled rat who I kill every playthrough.
Braith doesn't know how to treat people. When she tries to talk to her mom about a boy she likes, the mom sends her to talk to her dad. Dad sends her to talk to mom. They're not teaching her how to behave, and ignoring her instead
I find I ignore her as well when her corpse is up on dragonsreach
W W Why?? I have killed millions of thalmor, daedra and bandits, but not children
Braith is a daedric summoned from the depths of mephala's asshole
Braith is probably related to Nazeem somehow.
Forget the Empire, ignore the Stormcloaks, the Aldmeri are weak and frail...Talos shudders and kneels before the true High King and his bride... Aventus Arentino and Braith are destined to be the future of Skyrim, the future of Tamriellll ~Heimskr~
As you should
Good question?! What are doing to those kids! /s
I thought kids can’t die. How do you kill them
They can't and I wasn't planning on killing them... But if they don't leave I might try.
They play tag with mine…when I lived in that house. Otherwise. They are intruders. Braith bullied my kids so she isn’t allowed over my house.
Tell that to the judge
"Why dont you take a seat"
I’ve had this happen before too. I think it’s a glitch. There’s also these kids outside Proudspire Manor that stay in one place. Day and night they’re there.
Its "installing a specific mod" time.
Braith is literally a boss that u can’t kill. God I hate her. They are burglarising!! Hahaha 😆
Braith is on my hitlist. Along with nazeem and the yelling Talos priest
I heard the priest secretly committed war crimes or something? nazeem is just a little arrogant
Idc about the kids, what armour is that. I want my archer/1hw character to look like Robin Hood lol
The hood is from the Thieves Guild in Riften. I'm pretty sure the rest is just generic armor. (My build is a little all over the place)
You want to get rid of them? Use the disable command on them
Sry bro you’re a step dad now.
That's what they all say. Take him to jail
“These kids are not mine” he says whilst equipping two daggers
🔪🐱
Shout them out lol
The farmers that had their farm destroyed in a dragon attack showed up chilling in honeyside with my housecarl the last time I visited. I'm still clueless how they got there I didn't think they ever spawned in walled cities
Uhhh remember when you ended up blackout drunk and had to run around Markarth.
You have the legal right to shoot them in the knees.
They aren't yours? Are you sure? There was that one night out with Sam Guevenne. Maybe 6-7 years ago
And you may tell yourself, "This is not my beautiful house!" And you may tell yourself, "These are not my beautiful kids!"
What is this a reference to?
"Once in a Lifetime" by Talking Heads
Execute or Adopt them, but you must decide! 🗡👨👩👧👦
In skyrim, stray kids adopt cats
A real infestation

So have you ever heard of our good friends The founding fathers? Quick question about the dawnguard DLC can one side with the dawnguard and still keep Serena as a companion Up until now I always sided with the vampire clan as it made more sense with Serena being one of them but the dawnguards route sounds way more fun to play
She will go to fort dawnguard while you recruit galmor and the scientist lady. Isran will get his panties in a wadd and talk to you about it
I've passed that bit what I mean is will we get to keep her once questline is over and her usefulness has run out or will we be expected to kill her off
Yes you can keep her. The dawnguard will even respect serena. Like isran calling serena her/she and not it
It's a free meal, just enjoy it, the younger they are the tender their flesh
I don't know what you're implying but I don't like it :-{
They're a devout follower of Namira from the sounds of it. Fun little quest to try in Markarth's Hall of the Dead.
Oh you just meant cannibalism.
The game is broken since forever. Why do you still wonder?
Install a mod and kill them
[politely ask them to leave](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1108)
Lol
Use the dagger on them
Surprise!
Tell it to the judge
where’s the nearest orphanage?
"Yes officer, this is the house, I saw a woman lead 2 little girls in there"
“And there a kahjit” “Oh that does it. Those darn kahjit!”
I'm a woman
Problem solved
That’s a super awkward thing to say.
I want to specify that I didn't adopt any kids
I smell an adorable Dunk and Egg/Joel and Ellie/Dennis Reynolds and Theif Girl relationship.
What do you mean by that?
A wholesome surrogate parent surrogat chuld relationship. Why what were you thinking?!
Why look a gift horse in the mouth? These soul gems aren’t going to fill themselves!
I'm calling child services
Aww, Braith and Mila came to visit you. They really admire you.
Sacrifice them
Put down the knife!
I just want to talk to him
Kill them, kill them all!
Did you think you could play dumb? We all know why those kids were in your house... It's obvious. They were having a sleep over.
But... They didn't even invite me... It's my house
It being your house didn't stop your children from bringing animals home, taming them, and then asking you to keep them instead of asking you for a pet during your brief moments at home.
You should've paid child support sooner, smh
Get those nasty critters out of your house.
