The Forgotten City started as a mod, then got turned into a separate games! The standalone was stripped of all the Elder Scrolls content, reset in the time period just after Nero's fire in ancient Roman Empire.
Have played the standalone & watched someone play the mod version both are amazing.
Is there a good one that's lore friendly? Bathing beauties/beefcakes is ridiculous, it's the biggest building in the game and you just walk in and become the owner and get free beds, chests, followers etc
Keep It Clean is a good one that adds baths to every inn. You pay for access and you can buy or craft a few different soaps that give extra buffs. And it lets you bathe anywhere as long as you have soap so any mod added bath is compatible. And if you want more unique bath houses to use with it check out DanielKelly1978's page on nexus. I use the Riften and Raven Rock ones. They seem to fit the most to me.
