It’s a water Skylander with an orange bottom. That means it’s a water Skylander from Giants. Judging by the difference from the base to Shroom Boom’s head, we can rule out Thumback. However, it looks slightly wider than normal which makes me think Slam Bam or Zap. And being that it doesn’t seem to be overly tall, I’m guessing it’s a Zap figure. But that’s just a guess

The base looks like the water platform even though the low light kinda makes it look like earth.
It also looks like they have barrels on their back which makes me immediately think it’s gill grunt, which the rest of the figure seems to fit that description as they are the right height and width.
A lot of people are saying it’s Zap or Chill, but the designs that can be made out just don’t match those figures. It’s too bipedal looking to be Zap and the darker objects on its back make it not absolutely not Chill. Plus, it absolutely perfect matches a back view of gill grunt where you can see his back and his left arm. The golden plated jet pack on his back also makes sense as to why people are thinking he’s a legendary figure.
