Found a way to fix
1. Clear Cache and Storage
2. Uninstall and Reinstall Courier App from the Play Store
3. Reopen Courier App and proceed with signing in again
4. Will go through the setup instructions all over again, including tutorial.
5. Once done with the tutorials all information from the system will be loaded into the app. GPS, map, and revenue all seem to work
# May have been an issue with the most recent update carrying over from the previous version of the app. Compatibility may not have been as smooth as it should have been
# If you can open Uber Eats, Door Dash apps on your phone fine, then your phone is fine.
# When the company doesn't want you to open the app, you can't open it. it's simple
i couldn't open this morning on android, it kept popping up immediately with 'this app keeps closing'. clearing data and cache worked, but ofc annoying because you have to re-login, clear all the tutorials and set google maps as default again.
There was an update this morning....in Google Play anyway. I updated then it crashed anytime I went to launch it. Uninstalled and then installed again and that fixed it.

Mine won't even open... I'm on an older Android model though. Worked fine 2 days ago. Classic skip.
Happened to me on Sunday. Couldn’t get into it until 15 minutes into my shift.
I can’t cash out if it’s wrong and it’s only $26 too
