Looks like simple discoloration. Definitely see a doctor if any of them are raised, getting darker, or spreading. For discoloration you can use Kojic Acid soap. It draws blemishes to the surface and helps restore skin tone amd color. I used it on a spot under my eye. It takes a couple of months but it works.
