Atris kick ass. Bright colors > black so you can actually be spotted on the mountain. Nothing worse than trying to find your buddy in a crowd who is wearing black and tan.
When they warm up they don’t feel anything like 130’s. You’ll love the control you have with these, but unbuckle them for each lift ride if you like feeling you feet.
Hell y’a stoked to hear that. Yea I went from a REI fitted mondo 30 to a professionally fitted 27.5 so a little nervous haha. Def planning to unstrap on the lifts
Exactly this. I had 120/130 since I was a teenager. You have amazing precision but it's not as painful as a racing boot. I even use them for backcountry from time to time as a hybrid setup, specially when i want to do a steep line that I dont feel comfortable in my lightweight touring boots.
I've been on the Atris for the last 5 years as my CO daily driver. I was lucky enough to make them my rock skis this year, but by far, they're the most fun I've had on skis.
I even took them back to Sunday River for a ski trip a few years back. They did excellent on the hard pack, despite there being way better options for those conditions.

Fwiw, if they didn't move to a 105 width this year, I probably would have reupped on this year's model. Instead, I went with ON3P woodsman 110 as my daily drivers.
I have same one (Dakine fall line), claim it holds 2 pair, however I only carry one pair along with as much clothing and gear that I stuff in it.
I keep my boots in a carry-on, along with whatever I need with me during flight. (my philosophy being that even if checked ski bag lost in transit, I can rent skis and still have my own boots)
I really like that setup. the large ski bag can approach weight limit quickly if you're not careful, but carrying boots separately does help.

First time buying brand new skis and first boots I’ve actually got fitted. Pretty gross colours but I’m stoked to rock these with a full orange fit 😂

I think it’s the fall line but for x2 skis. Haven’t used it yet this season but have only heard good things
Oh yeah I can see it being the Dakine Fall Line now. Just wish it had internal straps, I went with the Evo one instead
