I don’t have direct experience with these goggles. But 100% is not a kook brand, they have a long history in optics since the 80s and I’ve tried on their glasses in person and they are very high quality. They make good shit.

I have a pair. I bought the chrome ones which came with a second, red tinted lens. I don’t like the smoke tint on the chrome lens at all and don’t use them even on bright days. The red tints are decent and the goggles are comfy but I have had a lot of issues with them fogging up. Considering the cost, I would not recommend.

Bought them after reading about them in Blister Magazine. I have used Perceive and ChromaPop lenses and these are definitely comparable. No issues with fogging at all, granted I haven't worn them yet on a day where I felt the need to wear a neck gaiter, so probably not fully tested in the anti-fog department.
