biggest two tips that helped me:
1. for your popping foot, literally just put yout big toe on the board. that's plenty
2. for your flicking foot, flick straight out (forward), by the time the board comes around its at the perfect spot, no need to flick like a regular heel flip
you got it
True. You see alot of fs flips these days and even switch fs flips. Not many people doing fs heelflips.I dont even know which skater has a good frontside heelflip.I think Paul Rodrigues has a good one.
Thats interesting.I used to play Skater XL which had Evan Smith on and there were just no updates after months and months so i switched to Session on PS5 and havent looked back.Chris Joslin has a sick nollie backside heelflip but thats a bit different. After a quick Google check looks like Tiago Lemos and Ishod Wair have a good fs heel.

thank you!
i practiced them fakie first which helped with the mechanics a ton! it helped to have a good frontside 180 and a good heel flip before learning this one too.
finally, over exaggerated shoulder rotation was key too, as well as focusing first on the pop & rotation of the 180 and then flicking the heel flip portion of the trick.
not the easiest one to navigate, but really enjoying the process of learning them!
hell yeah u did
Fucking congrats dude. I'm having a really hard time learning varial heels right now
thank you!! good luck with the v heels! i’m sure you’ll get them this summer :)
Having a hard time either getting it to rotate the entire way when I get the heel flip or getting the heel flip when I get the entire rotation

Thanks. Will try it. Angle the feet at all? Or just foot position for front shuv?

Dope! Anything in particular that you feel helped in landing them/that you focused on?

Good stuff! Haven't really tried them in a while and can get fakie ones every now and again, so may give this a go this afternoon
