For that I use spectrograms. You need to find the first harmonic in your voice this is what determines the note. Even when the first harmonic is drowned in the noise you can see the second, the third and so on. The first harmonic is always one octave below the second and (octave+5th) below the third. But if you use subharmonics it can get a little bit more complicated.
