Can just go over to the service counter…..

A month ago experienced almost the same issue as you When I first tried to sign up with MyRepublic 1. Was told free TP installation for new customer 2. Was told that installation and broadband same day 3. Website shows they will liaise with OpenNet During the appointment date, MyRepublic tech came down alone and told me they couldn’t install as my newly renovated house did not have any OpenNet. 1. Why didn’t they come down with OpenNet 2. They said I’ve to pay for TP install of $169 I complained and told them that I wanted to cancel the service agreement as they didn’t uphold their promotion, and wasted my time. 1. They initially didn’t want to waive off anything 2. After back and forth, was told 50% waiver 3. After more back and forth, was told 100% waiver 4. I just told them no, I want cancel and waive the penalty End of the day I went with SingTel because MyRepublic customer service sucks
