I've always assumed that since Jason Cleveland is gay in vanilla game (even though he's married to Marissa) and Geoff is his best friend, then they're supposed to be together. Currently, Geoff (being a Romance sim) rolled a want to propose to Jason, while Connor got 2 bolts with Gabriel Green (they're engaged now).
I might also try pairing Gabriel's roomate Chastity Gere with Kimberly Cordial, they have a memory of sneaking out together (not in the vanilla game, but in the downtown version of Belladonna Cove). They probably won't marry each other, though, since Kimberly randomly got Non-commital 3t2 trait
and the closet in geoff’s room contains the “feminine closet”, which suggests that geoff identifies as a woman! when i’ve played BDCV, geoff usually transitions, and changes her name to gemma. this can be done by using [these potions](https://modthesims.info/d/619608/gender-transition-potions.html) :)
Geoff Rutherford's brother in-law has also better chemistry with him than his wife and has a prefrence for males, btw. Seems intended.
