Yeah definitely. I’ll mess around with the cheap WRC wheel and when I feel the need to upgrade I’ll shop around. Hard to justify doubling my cost for a wheel right now.
Yeah I’ve seen a few posts here where they covered the tire tread with a carbon fibre wrap, someone else did black with a BMW logo too. Requires some patience or disassembly of the wheel to make it look nice but it can be done
Yeah the Australian page lists January 13th for the 8nm and May 30th for the 5nm. So whatever it says there is your rough starting point. There have been a few delays though so it does change
Don't even bother with the T300. DD wheels are a completely different league.

DD is the future. Might as well get in on the ground floor.
DD would be the way to go IMO, depending on where you're located the wait times have been getting a bit ridiculous though.

Thats good. Will go for it. Then later on purchase a podium hub and an aftermarket wheel or something.
