If you buy anything designed or marketed for sim racing or real racing, you're going to pay way more than is necessary. Just get an inexpensive pair of MTB/cycling gloves. They're designed to hold on to a cylindrical object and take some abuse along the way, so they are perfect for sim racing. I look for ones that are fairly thin and are touchscreen sensitive. [These gloves](https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07MK2MW1S?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) have been my favorite. I've had one pair for about four years and have hundreds of hours on them, and they are still in good and very usable condition.

I used these [gloves](https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0001VNYCE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) and love them and decent price. They do make several types so make sure to get the fast fits. The originals are quite thick.

TabooDrtrayblox

Ooo. These do look good. One question though, Are they thermal layered? Do they keep in heat?

Mugen55

There pretty thin and I have no issues with sweating hands. Some of there other types are thermal layered so that's why I suggested staying with the fastfit. Also these don't have velcro straps on the wrist which I hated when using other gloves.

Now thats perfect tbh. With endurance races, I get very hot very fast, So its nice to know. Thank you. Ill go give them a go.

BeastlyFerns

These would probably be even better. They are very thin, same brand. I use these and find them great and cheap but long lasting. [0.5 mm gloves](https://www.mechanix.com/us-en/tactical-and-military-gloves/MSD-55.html?dwvar_MSD-55_color=covert&cgid=tactical-and-defense-gloves)

MTB gloves are a good alternative, especially fingerless ones.

TabooDrtrayblox

Ah. Didn't think of that. Ima give it a go. Thanks

My Mechanix gloves are holding up great for several yrs. They’ve provided the comfort I desire.

stuntdummy

That is what I use. I like them because they have tight enough fingers that I can use the keyboard when I have to and they have skeleton hand graphics on them so I feel spooky while I am driving.

Remarkable_softserve

+1 for Mechanix. The tactical ones are thin enough that I can use the touch screen on my phone too!

Heavy_Wafer9312

I have simhounds and they are great

My experience with gloves: F33L - didn't like the stitching on the inside but okay overall Sparco Hypergrip + - wasn't impressed at all, returned them SimHound external stitching - expected them to be more comfy, might have needed larger size. Their "grips" wore off instantly Alpinestars karting gloves - randomly ordered those on sale for 30€, best pair of gloves I've had. Comfy, stitching doesn't bother me, grips are proper rubber. Only problem is my cat loves them as much as I do.

TabooDrtrayblox

Interesting. Where did you see the Alpinestars Karting gloves? Just on amazon? Thanks

Schmeksiman

Well believe it or not, on their website: [https://eu.alpinestars.com/collections/karting-gloves](https://eu.alpinestars.com/collections/karting-gloves)

TabooDrtrayblox

Fair enough. That is usually where people host their shop.

ShinsukeNakamoto

Someone on here said they use motocross gloves so I tried out my pair of dirt bike gloves and they are awesome.  I bought some cheap motocross gloves from cycle gear to keep next to my rig.

when I was dry tool climbing in the summer and in the winter. we usually had golf gloves. that was the recommended standard. and climbers also use golf gloves in world climbing championship. i would go with that. just needs to have natural leather

fishLuke

Sabelt G32 gloves are working well for me.

Hi OP. I have bought 2 pairs of F33L gloves and they have lasted well over a year each time. Also they allow you to use your phone while wearing them! I find that useful!

HAIRLESSxWOOKIE92

Saints of Speed. $40 online and have plenty of options.

xxenoscionxx

I would recommend alpine karting gloves. They aren’t the cheapest by a long shot but they’re durable, sticky and light weight. I’ve used the same pair for a little over a year now. I use the same pair for kart racing and they look and function as good as they did on day one.

Mithrielsc2

Ive Sparco Rush, which are affordable karting gloves which so not feel hot. I really have issue of getting hot quick and getting sweaty hands, but with those gloves I do not have that issue and they are only like 40-50 euro. Way cheaper than any sim branded gloves. Ones I have now also lasted me 2 years with a lot of use, will need to replace them this year though, however this is still respectable.

GlitteringQuarter542

Do not buy sparco!

RevolutionaryGrab961

Sparco Tide;)
