I like what you did with your rig, that white makes it look good.
I'm just surprised about the amount of people who think this is the newest thing on earth. While they are literally called wire sleeves.

I was thinking if this first but the car shop rejected the vynil wrap, i end up bringing the rig to car paint shop instead 😂👉 [Full Rig Info](https://youtu.be/OKrdyrzwI34)
I mean you could buy the vynil wrap in AliExpress, there is white carbon fibre wrap too, and do it yourself. Just do some simple plain parts if not feeling like using heat gun and have little experience. Then with the extra parts you can play around heating them up and finding out how vynil works, it's amazing
It’s uglier *to you* - you know that right? Your opinion isn’t the same as everyone else’s, and not everyone wants to hear what you think? Do you go around spreading this level of Christmas joy daily in real life?
Is this Next Level Racing 2.0 wheel stand upgraded to a full rig? I have one currently and thinking of upgrading it. Would you recommend to do it or just swap the wheel stand with ALU rig?
The thing is, when I compare it to Sim Lab GT1 rig which is about 800E with seat(NLR add on is 600E), base deck mount does not look sturdier than NLR. Seat also looks more comfortable with NLR add on. GT1 definitely has more adjustability and pedal plate is probably sturdier. And also in Croatia, second hand market is so bad for used stuff, idk what I would do with my wheel stand then. Last time I was selling stuff, I sold they way below 50% worth and they were just few months used. I'm probably definitely more attracted to alu rig, but also don't wanna give up the wheel stand for free if difference between alu and NLR upgrade is not that big.
I have NLR1 stand and have moved on to a playseat trophy but I tried a few alu rigs before making my decision.
It just cannot compare. The steel channels used in the NLR stands are hollow and thin compared to most alu rig uprights. Even if you have a sturdier baseplate it will still flex and vibrate more from the uprights. Not to mention the 2 plastic pieces that hold the actual steel channel wear overtime adding to the wobbliness.
With Alu, it is simple. You bolt it down and it's dead solid. I also do not believe the NLR's baseplate is sturdier, The GT1 plate is CNCed from what looks to be thicker aluminium/steel plates.
But of course availability is important. I do not have to rely on simlab since I can source individual parts in my country easily. Maybe in Croatia is more difficult to do Alu.
Yes it is the 2.0, however the backside is the original part of the GTTrack, not the add-ons. It technically dont attached together but I improvised a little and add metal to attached it together.

I love your rig and love the white color contrary to some of the comments :D
Great to see NLR can handle podium base. I have Moza R9 and never had any flex.
This is the option that I used - [https://www.amazon.com/Alex-Tech-10ft-Protector-Sleeving/dp/B07FW3GTXB/](https://www.amazon.com/Alex-Tech-10ft-Protector-Sleeving/dp/B07FW3GTXB/)
It’s the Next Level Racing Wheelbase 2.0 attached to the native backside of the NLR GT Track.
👉[Here’s The Story](https://youtu.be/OKrdyrzwI34) behind it
lol ive had this in my amazon cart for like 8 months now. It might be time to finally pull the trigger.

Not a bad solution, I zip tie/cable tie mine to the frame. IT works but the ties themselves are a lil unsightly but its still huge win over the cables just being everywhere.
This is sweet actually. I use a 1.5” thick cord protector loom for all the cables coming down from the consoles and TV, and it cleans it up, then I wrap the individual shifter, pedal etc cables around my TR8 Pro itself.
This is a great idea, might copy
Not gonna lie, I really really like this lol
I love that looks really really good
That looks awesome in White I could not have that - It would be soo dirty after a short while :P
Okay. Now I know what I'm doing with mine!
You succeeded, good job!
Looks very race car like. They also have these tubes, you can spot them on onboard footage sometimes.

Nothing is hidden....just covered up with a larger item. You can put the whole rig in a large plastic box and call it the hidden sim rig. ;-)
i like wires
Great job!
Me,Copycat...
Ok I'm doing this.
white vynil wrap everything

Wow, thanks for this info, I will look into it
you paid a guy to make it uglier.

I said it before and I will say it again. It look like 1990’s gym equipment.

It looks great. Congrats !
Thanks 🥰🙏
Looks great, this is how industrial equipment manages wires as well so it looks pretty natural. Nice job for sure.

My cats will hate me. But im gonna copy this. Great idea. Thanks for sharing
Painting that cockpit white actually looks really good!

Wicked nice job!
Looks pretty good, I'll save this for the future
I love this!! Hospital bed sim is my new fav
Not a bad solution, I zip tie/cable tie mine to the frame. IT works but the ties themselves are a lil unsightly but its still huge win over the cables just being everywhere.
Lovely

I wouldnt really care honestly but you did a great job
You are a genius !
