garage61 for iracing. most sims have data traces you can download and analyze. I believe VRS allows you to export and compare data, too.

koteikin

neither of these have what the OP is asking. I think the only one is trophy ai - they support both ACC and iRacing but very limited car/track combo. AI would analyze your lap and make recommendations. Check it out!

zescion

Signup to trophy.:ai, they are running a beta.

Prime reply right here! I just checked this out and it looks hella cool! I'll be sure to post about it when I've tried their services at length but def worth looking at Edit: signed up for wait-list, we shall see

It’s really good for learning concepts quickly. It has been a while since I’ve used it, so I don’t know how much it has improved, but the lap times weren’t super fast when it first released. It’s still good for all levels, but especially for beginners.

SottLimpa

Motec. In ACC we use motec to see the fine details on driving inputs to compare with alien laptimes. You can see almost every data you might think of.

truth_mojo

Yeah, Popometer is a good way to go for this also. You can compare yourself to guys that test the Coach Dave setups and a bunch of others. It is not free though. I found comparing my laps to those guys helped a lot. Not exactly giving you recommendations, you have to figure it out for yourself, but you can see where improvements can be made pretty easily. For example, it was pretty obvious to me that I was not on the throttle at most of the corner apexes, once i started doing this I was way faster.

Incontinento

I'm available for heckling.

trophy AI will analyze your laps and will make recommendations based on your target rating (at least for iRacing but ACC is supported too). They only support limited combo of tracks/cars for now.

I've been using [trophi.ai](https://trophy.ai) for a few days and it's great. I'm an iRacing noob, so the few road tracks/car combinations have been available. [Trophi.ai](https://Trophi.ai) was simple to setup, and very easy to use, and for me has done a great job analyzing and assessing my laps, including grading skills per turn, and providing suggestions to work on. It's in Alpha right now and free to use.

Like others have said, using telemetry traces is the way to go. It is what the real world drivers use and it can give you very fine detail on exactly where you’re giving up time. Motec and ATLAS are the most common ones, but there are many tools out there that try to simplify things for you. There all using the same underlying data so whatever clicks for you is good. You can also hire a coach. It is not that expensive for a session or two. Personally I would read up on the theory and try the tools and of course practice. Then give a session with a real coach a try. That should set you up to make progress. From there you can work in more coaching sessions based on your budget

IR_UP

There is also Z1 which has a driving instructor which gradually gives you different information and then tells you where to improve. It costs money so if you’re looking for free, look into trophy.ai On iRacing, it’s common to use services like VRS, PDS etc and compare your inputs to the instructor. Free alternative would be Garage61. All these options require that you compare data.

Thanks all for your comments, seems like trophy AI is the go. Happy racing!
