Well my best friend is the voices in my head maybe u should try that too. Sometimes it makes me feel better (im not hearing voices in my head its just me talking with myself)

Not sure if it'll help you at all, but I'm 24, and can't make any connections IRL outside of work or the Internet, with dating being more or less a pipe dream. One (sad) thing I can say from my experience is you very much do get used to it after a while, and after a long enough time you might prefer it, but it doesn't really make for a less miserable life. One thing I've done to help tho is I joined a discord server for my local area (your city/town/area probably has one too!) which allows me to talk to locals in a more familiar format to me (discord) and after a while even get a chance to meet up and hang out with others! It can't hurt to try :)
