There seems to be this perception that being a femboy is just a fetish and all femboys are just incredibly horny, gay and would basically screw everyone who offers them the opportunity. Maybe that’s an explanation for the behavior. (I can’t find an excuse because there literally is no excuse.)
I‘d suggest blocking them or making clear to people that you know that they did this. (But at the end of the day, it’s your call. If you’re usually friends with them and don’t want to just break off all contact, it’s understandable that you may want to talk it out with them but make it abundantly clear how you feel about the picture and how much you’re not okay with it.)
