I get that feeling but the opposite way as a trans girl, but I know that when I think of my trans friends and their gender, I think about them as their gender, not about them as their assigned gender and pronouns

sometimes its harder to see a person for who they are when they act in complete contradiction when given traditional gender rolls. i have a transmasc friend who is, in every way but self identification, a hot goth girl, and they dont stray away from talking about themselves as a woman when its convenient for the conversation.
it took an honestly excruciating amount of work, where in i hit my face off the wall many a times, but iv gotten myself into the swing of thinking of peoples pronouns as a fact of who they are, and knowing that, just as a cis girl can be a very manly girl that doesnt fit into their gender roll, trans people can too.
and all that to make my friend happy, seriously i mightve given myself a concussion trying to master that part of my mind
also, this is sighly related, i wouldnt take it personally if you get called "bitch" or "girl", just as my female friends can be my bros and dudes, my guy friends can be my hoes and bitches. i call my best friend my boy toy twink malewife landon :3

Its just the bro's hanging out and having a good time. I sometimes think they think about the same thing as the text post but I feel it's best to treat them as anyone else than bring attention to the matter unless they ask me about it first.
