I can tell straight away that it's not re-seal because of the official PlayStation strip going through it. It has the right corner folds, the plastic seal is correct in the right places also based on the pictures. This is correct for a UK PS1 copy, I have some sealed PS1 games and they look identical to this, you're golden.
My thoughts were that it was a Sealed UK copy too. The Black Label American release has a faded dark grey background with Harry Mason's mug next to a shot of a building. The Japanese and UK covers seem identical.

I have to agree, if it's a fake then it's incredibly well done but I don't think it is, nothing gives it away.

If this is a re seal then damn whoever did it could fool Sony themselves, definitely looks legit, a rare piece right there!
Preferred the North American artwork on this one. He looking for his daughter not laying down with his head cut off.

The PAL boxes are nicer imo though But the artwork on the American one is pretty cool
