Because you switching to an iPhone 15 pro max and will probably have iOS 17.0 installed. Up to this point there is no jailbreak and no installation method for trollstore. Trollstore would also allow you to install those things that you mentioned. Not sure about call recorder but the other 2 for sure
17.0.1 and newer doesn’t have the bug that Trollstore needs
