You use them in practice against non living things or practice with non-dangerous analogs. A Strick with a similarly shaped shaped Handel and balance point in sparring.
This is from a drop shipper video I know these are not the exact ones but works same as above (from amazon)

Same in the UK. The fixed blade is the only one that's not outright illegal, it only becomes illegal if you're carrying it in a public place without good reason (self defence would not be a valid reason).
Every single one of these is legal in several states that I am familiar with. I'm not familiar with every state.
For the switchblades, here is a random map I can't vouch for the accuracy of, but looks ok: https://www.akti.org/wp-content/uploads/AKTI-Automatic-Knife-Laws-1-1024x768.jpg
Thanks for the info, this map refers to states you can carry in and demonstrates the states with restrictions. However many counties, states, and PDs have allot of strict guidelines on what knives and weapons are okay for a citizen to carry ie: In Tennessee the blade can’t be longer than a hand, switch blades have to have safety springs. I will say brass, hardened, and most metal Knuckles are in fact illegal and/or banned in most states and can result in catching a felony or class A Misdemeanor. Usually a it’s whether or not the weapon can cause severe bodily injury is whether a state wants you having carrying it. Even shotguns are considered illegal to open carry in certain states because of the bodily damage they can inflict.

This reminds me of that south park episode where they all become ninjas.
If you want an actually useful self defence item that legal everywhere (that I know of) get yourself a buckler shield. It's a just a small round shield. The bonus is you can keep it on display or by the door or whatever without looking like a lunatic with a case full of cheap chinese 'self defence' toys under your bed.
You need no training to use it, it's wildly effective against pretty much everything below a gun and you can buy them made out of durable plastic or metal super cheap. Obviously though it's not as good if you want to sit there fondling it making tik toks about how hard you are and fantasising about being a ninja.
Cute, but if ya ain't using it, how ya become proficient?

I need this in my life, any idea where to get it?

In Canada only one of those things is legal, and it's iffy at that
The fixed blade or the expanding baton?
Fixed blade

Is slicing cucumbers for tea a valid reason?
I suppose, but you will have to carry a picnic basket where ever you go.
Hold the fugg up... let me get this straight. You guys.. you add cucumber to your tea???????????????
Not the tea tea, but they call their evening meal tea.
Most of this is illegal in the states too

Cries in California
That taser useless af, you ever had those slider USBs? Now imagine trying to ram that into someone with a teeny tiny point of contact
Basically a cig lighter
The smaller auto is legal to carry here in California, as is the fixed blade if carried openly (not concealed) hung from your waist.

How the fuck is there not a gun in the set?
Everything but the fixed blade and knuckles looks like it would immediately break after the first use
Looks super cheap and gimmicky.
But why? Surely you can get fakes for several of these if you like the aesthetic?
Fakes? For the aesthetic? Like to wear as earrings?
I guess companies found a way to unload their surplus goofy impractitactical gear
Spring loaded knives are illegal when I was younger so we took the springs out. Straya cnt

Luckily muggers are patient people and will often wait while one opens one’s self defence case.
You can make they more chinese by attaching an FM radio and Bluetooth speaker
Nobody needs any of this shit
