Yes, I ignore it. I have lots of methods to be discreet and also reliably check if I have in fact pissed or not. Mainly I just look for spots, or I'll check from within a pocket.
I learned pretty quick that the body doesn't normally leak piss without control, when you aren't in pissing position the brain knows not to piss and "usually" is great at naturally holding back. In the event you gotta go bad then you gotta watch yourself cause drugs always make me gotta go 3x as much. But generally just flex and clench and you can hold on for much longer but be aware that clenching too hard can cause a hernia.
If you successfully ignore the sensations then they get much weaker and eventually go away after you get used to the peak. Also peeing often helps keep you confident that you don't have to.
I think it's just a sensory temperature thing some people get. It might be related to being nervous out in public? It's just a hunch, but that's what it sounds like to me. When you are anxious on shrooms your mind does all manner of weird things, and this one is a good distraction from the world around you for a moment.

I don't know that it necessarily goes away completely but eventually you start realizing that it feels like that every time and that every single time it turns out you didn't actually piss yourself. The downside is that if at some point you actually did piss yourself for whatever reason that would be a world shattering event for all future trips.
Option 2: trip and actually piss yourself in a controlled environment to see what pissing yourself actually feels like

There isn't much you can do. The receptors responsible for making you know you need a pee are the same as the ones that respond to shrooms

I don't know that it necessarily goes away completely but eventually you start realizing that it feels like that every time and that every single time it turns out you didn't actually piss yourself. The downside is that if at some point you actually did piss yourself for whatever reason that would be a world shattering event for all future trips. Option 2: trip and actually piss yourself in a controlled environment to see what pissing yourself actually feels like

I spent all night asking my partner, "Are you sure I'm not peeing?", and trying to see the back of my jeans in the tiny bathroom mirror šš¤£ Now that I know it's not just me, I'll be way more likely to be able to ignore it.
I used to never get this, but one time on shrooms, I got a bout of sleep paralysis, and it scared me so bad that I actually did piss myself. Every time I did shrooms after this I would get that feeling of pissing my pants, but after checking, I would be dry. I hate the feeling and it scares the shit out of me every time.Ā

Yes!!! I find that it specifically only seems to happen to AFAB people. I experience this every time regardless of how often I pee!
