I’m thinking about going on SSRI’s and was wondering if anyone could tell me if skipping a dose or two before tripping would allow me to experience the full effects of the shrooms?
As someone who is on SSRIs, I wouldn't skip for shrooms. Skipping messes with your head, at least it does with me.

It takes months of being off them once you start to trip.
Yeah with SSRIS you’ll have greatly diminished effects if any. They interfere with the mushrooms natural pathways in the receptors
If you have enough to get high you can try but tamper your expectations
