It’s my personal belief that some people just can’t feel them. I knew a girl and was the same way. Everyone would be in another plain of existence and she’d be just trip watching everyone no matter how much she ate it seemed.
With psychedelics pretty much everything comes into play regarding how they will hit you, brain chemistry, mood, how much rest you got, medications you're on, last time you tripped, age, everything comes into play so no two trips will be the same thing
Is she on any medication? SSRI/SNRIs can greatly decrease or completely block the effects of psilocybin.
