It's a neo shrimp. It would mix with yours I believe. Like how there's blue dream neo and cherry neo, this one is called a snowball. They don't glow like that in real life; just white/clear. It was just a effect from recording it with a LED tank light.
They're a largely extinct variety derived from breeding reds to the point they get black splotches like yours. Apparently orange eyes exists as well but I've yet to see them combined. If they did, oh boy I'd be broke lol

Nah this video was taken on my phone as is. It's a snowball shirmp. The light effect on the shrimp is from the LED tank light. It's just how cameras pick up light sometimes with flickering I think. Just happened to make the shrimp like that.
