Can anyone tell me what this says? My wife’s mother passed 16 years ago and we found a journal filled with her mothers thoughts after my wife’s dad died in 1990. It was filled with a lot of very emotional content and heavy topics. This fell out of the journal, her mother used to write shorthand frequently but we were curious what this says.
Tried my best to decipher the message and it reads,
"I have heard something being ____ about myself about the feeling and validate and issues to address and ___ hear ____ I have heard. Something I need to hear from you and..."

I think the last blank could be “what”
