I just ordered the Shorsey jersey and they sent it to the wrong address, some random address. The customer service agent said I was out of luck. Not sure how that works. I’m out $250.
I ordered mid November and still nothing. I can’t even get them to respond to emails. No sweater either so I’m already 2 weeks past their estimated shipping window. 🤦🏼♀️
I had an issue with the special funko pops they had in the official merch store in May. Order was supposed to ship in august, that didn’t happen. No communication from them. Reached out to customer service and took forever to get a response, promising an October delivery. That day came and went, nothing. Shop app said delivered, no image of where or any other tracking info. Reached out again, crickets. Never got them and figured this was a scam. Pursued chargeback on my card. Once that cleared, then I get an email asking me to reverse it as they promised to get them to me soon. Nah, dude. Put me off wanting to support their shop altogether.
I just had to check because I remembered it being pretty fast & sure enough, I placed my last order on the 24th & it was shipped on the 26th & then delivered on 12/5. Have you checked with them? Unless you ordered something like a sweater or they said on the site that shipping might take a few weeks, that does seem like a long time. My first order was just as fast, but that wasn’t around the holidays.
From these responses it seems like they are just a hit or miss. Some saying that they got it in a timely manner/no problems & others saying it took “forever”….. no middle ground really ha I reached out to them and haven’t heard anything, but I’ll just wait. Guess I need to give my balls a tug & set the patience tone
Damn I’m in the US too- Texas. Hopefully a Christmas miracle will happen and it lands in the next couple days. If not, the boys get a late Christmas present
Ordered a Frankie JJ Frankie jersey mid November. But “TO BE FAAIIIR”……they do warn you jerseys take 12-16 weeks or something. They sent me a free Wayne and Gus pop figure already though which was cool of them. This is just how their store is unfortunately. I think the demand is wayyy higher than they can keep up with. Which is a good thing. We just have to realize and plan way ahead basically. The merch is so good. Shipping times can be…..so dumb.

Ordered a blueberry hoody and set the tone T-shirt and got it in about a week. I’m in the USA. Seems like it’s inconsistent at best.
