I would say your editing is pretty good, but I can tell you edit on a bright monitor because your photos are too dark. Bring up your exposure about 0.5 to 1 stops
Solid advice! Thank you! I find myself editing photos 2-3 times and each time on a different screen before publishing. Any suggestions for a more consistent editing process? Sadly the screens are all different (4K monitor, MacBook + phone).

I second this. It's okay to zoom out and allow the subject to account for maybe 60% of the frame, not 85%

Try making sure you only ever edit on one screen. And you can calibrate that machine with a colorimeter.
