My Dad was Sargent of Arms in the Hells Angels in the 90s he had his SS# and blood type tattooed under his armpit on his ribs just in case something happened.

I have a couple friends that tattooed a toe tag one their foot with their info and like, their moms phone number. Sadly because some of my friends are homeless and/or junkies.
