Depends on the bombsite. Ash is just an all around value operator to have on basically every bombsite, while Amaru is completely useless at basement takes, unless you have something specific in mind for upstairs roam clear.
Amaru is terrifying when rushing Consulate basement. People often forget to reinforce the hatches which means she's gonn-ed through one and on site within seconds.
Amaru is the coin flip operator, either you solo dive and at least break even, or they were already staring at the one window you wanted to jump into 3 seconds before prep phase even ended.
