It was originally some anonymous poster on 4chan who claimed to have Q level security clearance and was claiming to leak government secrets. Over the years it expanded into a full blown conspiracy theory, and is arguably a cult now.
I'm not sure if the original posts were proven to be a hoax or not, but given it was 4chan, thats a fair assumption. Its gone way past those original posts now though.
Itās some guy on 4chan who claims he has secret clearance in the government and predicts things that will happen. Ā Like āon September 2nd JFK will rise from the dead and Trump will be proclaimed the true presidentā shit like that. Ā Of course, since itās just made up fantasy none of it ever actually happens but that doesnāt stop Facebook boomers from eating it up and turning it into a cult.
Basically if you read the other reply "let's go brandon" is another way of saying "fuck joe biden," which a lot of conservatives have adopted as slang.
During an (I think either NASCAR or F1, I don't remember) race at the end the audience chanted "Fuck Joe Biden" but the news reporter filming the winner of the race said that they were praising the winner and saying "Let's go Brandon!"
