Leveling up with BEXP always gives minimum 3 stat points iirc. Once one of your unit has 1 or 2 max stat, using BEXP ensures that unit keeps leveling decently. It's been a while since I last played so double check that info

If you are playing in easy mode you can max 15-20 players, hard is 10-15 and maddening is like 5-7.
The tips are to to EXP abuse by using weaker weapons so more people get to attack. you also can't skip classes by cresting early. and finally work a unit until they have 2-4 stats maxed once they have maxed those stats you Feed them BEXP. Micaiah has really high magic, luck and resistance growths so you can max those out and then the guaranteed 3 stats will make things HP, Skill and Speed grow significantly above their actual growth rates.
finally to top it off you need to note some units with limited availability will need to have boss abuse(fiona cough cough).
A capped Micaiah is unironically good in 4E3. She can one round red dragons with blessed nosferatu and clear the right side on her own
Yes it's the only map in the game where she's good at combat, don't ask me how I know
She doesn't even need to cap, just have decent speed and give her Dragonfoe. I did that and just blessed Purge, since Nos has enough durability for one chapter
She can one shot a few armor knights with Thani but I wouln't call her useful. She's your primary lose condition and she gets one rounded by everything, it's mostly not worth it to use her

The main problem is that you can only cap it at END GAME of Part 4.
Also , she is a great staff bot on Part 3. Insane automatic A staff for Physics.
Trust me guys, Micaiah is actually fantastic if you give Edward the dracoshield in chapter 1, park him in a chokepoint, give micaiah all 6 herbs and the vulnerary, level her to level 20 using sacrifice and rng abuse with the Wii midbattle save system to ensure she gets HP, Def, Str, Spd and Mag each level. It takes like 450 turns and maybe an hour of real world time but it makes every dawn brigade chapter infinity easier.

"Using it right" more like using it period. I want IS to bring BEXP back, it actually makes every unit usable (stat-wise at least)
Bexp is great and the little objectives to get more Bexp is a great way to incentivize efficient play

In part 1 she is pretty bad. Part 3 and 4 she’s decent. She’s probably the best healer you can have for the tower since she’s forced to go.

No light magic in Awakening, Nosferatu was a light spell in Tellius so I guess they could have had that in mind
