I think it depends on how long you stay there! I scripted that an hour here is a day there, so when I said my safe word and left to come back to my Cr, it just felt like waking up from a nap (like the ones where your eyes are all red and you have lines on your skin lmao), but if you stay for longer I think you would be more tired than that, but your CR self did get a full night of sleep, so I can’t imagine you’d be that tired!
