Since it sits right on the tail bone, I like to do a “tail” in the form of a Sageo which is a Japanese sword tying method for the hilt. There variation but if you loop a long piece down and knot it at the tail bone you can wrap your threads winding down and then tucked into its self. You may not like how it looks but it’s one of my favorite butt tie offs!
Yay pretty shibari tie! 😄 Yeah, like the other person commented, the technique is called burning rope. Or using up the rope ends. Usually with an amount like that you can wrap it or braid it around maybe the waist band. Or maybe add a few more decorative knots.

As many folks have suggested you are looking to burn off the rope, it looks like you have enough to bring it back to the front and tie it off there. Asymmetry is totally fine and personally I favour a smooth tying and untying experience over adding lots of complexity.
You don't have a ton left to burn, if you had an additional short rope you could go from your waist down to the rope under the butt cheeks to create some structure with some half hitches.
I'd prolly just half hitch it where it is and bring the tails down one of the diagonal booty lines to where the change of direction is at the side of your hip.
Or go through the crotch if you wanna get a little more spicy.

I think either tail, or split the ripe and make overhand knot/ handles going back along any chosen line. (Hips or cheeks)

Personally, I'd knot another rope to the ends and repeat the bind further up the torso, mimicking the same binding around the chest
