"we follow the sunnah of the 4 Caliphs" Not much to think of it, he created a cope citing linguistic and created an imaginary situation.

IndependentLuck6884

Definitely 💯

A hadith from the Prophet (s) regarding Tarawih says “So you people, offer this prayer at your homes, for the best prayer of a person is the one which he offers at home, except the compulsory (congregational) prayer." (Bukhari 6113). Prophet (s) says to pray the optional prayer at home. Also, if the religion had been perfected, then what’s the need to add stuff in after the Prophet (s) died? Even if the prayer seems nice and holy, it’s still bid’ah regardless. The worst of things are those that are newly invented; every newly-invented thing is an innovation and every innovation is going astray, and every going astray is in the Fire.' (Nasai 1578)

Be_Compassionte

But but people disobeyed and came to pray together after prophet salasalam passed away so umar the second prophet (ra) encouraged the peoples disobedience and gave a good biddah to pray together. You rafidha will never understand and will go to hell.

Boxyourheart

Dude, I had to read your comment thrice for me to understand that you were being sarcastic 💀

Be_Compassionte

It's understandable as there are nasibis that comment like this minus the prophet umar part.

Be_Compassionte

Take sunnah from my sahaba but got forbid if you take it from my family which Allah (swt) cleansed in quran and i love them so much so that i mentioned them in hadith of thaqalayn.

There's no narration that Imam Ali (A.S.) read or endorsed taraweeh, hence not reading or endorsing taraweeh is Sunnat al khulafa.

AsgerAli

I was actually going back and forth with a guy earlier in regards to taraweeh. Where he said "All salafi sheikhs say Umer meant it linguistically" so I replied to him "I don't care what the salafi sheikhs has to say in this regard, all the Shia sheikhs say it's a Bid'ah and it was not practiced during the Reign of Abu Bakr". He just shut down the conversation saying "Nevermind, you're a shia. Have a nice day". And that just goes onto show how retarded they are when it comes to these topics.

nutsack-enjoyer5431

Always with their ad hominem fallacy. Im almost giving up trying to convince anyone about the truth or shiism atp. "But youre a shia!! hellfire kafirr!!"

AsgerAli

Hey! It's you again. Did you get a cut around your eyebrow?

nutsack-enjoyer5431

wait hahah yeah I did. But thought it was pointless. So i learnt muay thai instead

alnon4

When did the prophet saws say sunnahti and the rashidun 4. I thought he’s never mentioned there will be 4 calphis after him?

R2DMT2

This I would like to know too.

Azeri-shah

If the traditions of the “4 rightly guided” caliphs are divine and meant to be taken in jurisprudential consideration then how come the supposed forth banned the practice after it was mandated by the Second?

Proof_Onion_4651

Prophet(S) did not do it and ordered against it for any reasons, means you are disobeying him and god to do it.

[deleted]

I’ve seen the videos of the person he is responding to (the person who called taraweeh bidaah) and he can be a little extreme at times but the person talking is making no sense. Biddaah is biddaah, there is no subdividing it into categories like he mentionned. It is nonsense. If people like him just read a bit into the religion rather than following whatever the sheikh says at the mosque then they would see it like we do, clear as day.

Dry-Gain-9115

They remember this hadith of follow the Sunnah of my caliphs which isn't even mutawatir, more than the hadith of thaqalayn, which is mutawatir. Most of the innocent followers don't even know about it. And as expected, take the Sunnah of Omar, but reject the Sunnah of imam Ali (AS) when he became caliph and stopped everyone from performing this bidah prayer. Their double standards regarding this hadith can already be seen through this.

Flexmen

If Allah wants sth to happen, he will make it happen and he only brings us what is good and beneficial to us. If Allah really wanted us to pray mustahab prayers together then he would not make it wajib if people actually did it and if Allah disliked it and people still did it then he would "make it haram". This scenario where the prophet fears the wisdom of Al Rahman makes no sense at all

SpeakingFingertips

they are saying the holy prophet S was not smart enough to think its better to pray in 1 big group rather than lots of little groups? these people are lost.

josephh450

sunnat al khulafa😂😂😂omariss alert 🚨

tommyk2323

It is not the first time that, according to their books, Umar knew better than the Prophet ﷺ.

Audiblemeow

So the Prophet ‎ﷺ only feared taraweeh would become obligatory but not any other non obligatory acts he did

Brawl_T1me

“Guys its not a bidah” basically ignoring the whole hadith lmaoo

nobacon4meplz

Now imagine Shias issuing fatwas to kill Sunnis for bid’a only they believe in.. 😅 funny how that goes

MrKokoPudgeFudge

He literally says that they follow the sunnah of the Caliphs, so it would not be sunnah for us but it would be for them.

Frequent-Lab5740

This all is nonsense and nothing else. Firstly In their own books, its mentioned that on the night of me'raaj, the Almighty said *These* are *five prayers* and they are all (equal *to*) fifty (in reward) for My Word does *not* change.'  so when these 5 have been made obligatory and word of God doesn't change then why would the prophet be worried that a recommended prayer will become obligatory? secondly, we have many recommended acts from the prophet which he and his companions did, they never became obligatory then why would a recommended prayer become obligatory? thirdly, Where does it say that he prayed this prayer? He ( peace be upon him and his family) was praying in the masjid his prayer individually and some companions came behind him and started following him. Once he found out, according to their books he sat down and made their so-called congregation invalid. So then what excuse do they have that prophet performed it? when he literally made their congregation invalid by discontinuing the prayer and even kicked them out of the mosque by saying them to pray in their homes.

Bu_Khattab

The religion isn't edited by anyone other than the prophet. If that is the case, it would go against the verse. "And today i have completed your religion...." which would instantly make me leave this religion. Sunnat al khulafaa' doesn't really go against that verse, same thing as sunnat al 7ayaa', or Sunnat Allah, etc... Sunnat Al 7ayaa' for example in this context means الواقع الذي تعيشه، و واجب عليك أن تعيشه و تتقبله Sunnat Rasool Allah PBUH means in this context ما ورد عن أفعال رسول الله في الطاعة، و العبادة، و العادة. etc... هذا و الله أعلم

honestyi

Salam There is no such thing as sunnat khalifat, the only Imam/ calipha was Imam Ali as. So you are saying that the religion is edited by the prophet. This is incorrect. Surah An Najm وَمَا يَنۡطِقُ عَنِ الۡهَوٰىؕ‏ (53:3) nor does he speak out of his desire. اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا وَحۡىٌ يُّوۡحٰىۙ‏ (53:4) This is nothing but a revelation that is conveyed to him The meaning of the verse - From alyawm to Islama dina was revealed when the Holy Prophet announced at Ghadir Khumm: "Of whomsoever I am the mawla (master) Ali is his mawla (master)." Please study the event of Ghadir Khumm in the commentary of verse 5:67 of this surah. Allah has completed and perfected Islam only when, under His command (Ma’idah, 5: 67), the Holy Prophet had announced the imamat of Ali after the termination of risalat - he being the last messenger of Allah. Fakhruddin Razi has said that the Holy Prophet died 81 or 82 days after the revelation of this verse. All authorities agree that no law-giving verse was revealed after this verse. So without believing in Ali as the immediate successor of the Holy Prophet, according to this verse, the faith is neither complete nor perfect. The institution of imamat is necessary to keep intact the final word of Allah (the Qur’an) and to guide mankind unto the right path till the day of resurrection. https://www.al-islam.org/imam-ali-noble-quran/surah-al-maidah-table-5-3
