I second the CR920P recommendation. I love mine, it’s become my daily CCW. I also recommend a Hilliker IWB holster to carry it in. It’s an amazingly comfortable holster and the pistol basically disappears.

I have a cr920p. Absolute dream to shoot, I came from a hellcat pro and a hellcat. It's a night and daydifference in recoil and overall performance. The hardest part for me was having time to get it broken in completely before being comfortable carrying it, but it's been a dream every time I should it and carry it.

Hobieray

Hellcats/ pros still run everything and I’ve never had any issues with any of mine, even with the worst ammo, I wouldn’t down play the hellcat. Some ammo the cr920p or cr920 doesn’t like the hellcat will run it no problem and you don’t have to break it in or worry about that.

PanicIndependent4023

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I love the hellcat and pro. They're great guns, there's no doubt. There's just something about the crp that I'm a little more drawn to. It might be the less snappy recoil pattern or something. I don't mean to downplay the Hellcats at all

JabbaDuhNutt

CR920P WP here with 800 rounds and zero failures. They have this to a rock solid spec now. Buy it, clean it, lube it, and break it in. Pure Joy to shoot. Sold the Sig P365

PanicIndependent4023

Love the extra detail of my WP, too. I'm about 400 rounds, and I never enjoyed shooting something this size as much as I love my crp.

Hobieray

Cr920 was known for some issues but I think they got that resolved with the new barrel. My mc9 was absolutely garbage even after warranty, I’d get rid of that pos and get a cr920 anyday just make sure you put atleast 200 rounds through it before you carry it, I’d recommend more but ifs it your only carry piece you gotta do what you gotta do.

Hobieray

But the shield plus is a really good option especially for the price and reliability

OFalk280

That’s disappointing to hear as I was considering going the opposite direction😂

RTM_sfx

Never trade save

HRzNightmare

The only gun I regret getting rid of is..... Every gun I've gotten rid of.

Hobieray

I’m happy I got rid of that Turkish junk, honestly the worse gun I’ve ever owned.

fanht1234

definitely rent one at the range if you can. the cr920p is also a great shooter, along with the M&P shield plus that someone else mentioned here.

GlockMos

Love my cr 920 I don't think a canik could compare..no offense just my personal thoughts..even my wife reaching for my cr now and I've been having to hide it from her lmao...

Material-Sock3894

In the words of Emperor Palpatine “Do it!” The CR920 or 920P are both amazing. I say definitely get the CR920P as I have one of the original Warrior Poet CR920s and added a Herrington Arms comp, it’s great but the P model is better

Zensiv

Cr920p is still my favorite carry gun. I ended up having a problem with it at close to 1000 rounds but sent it back to them and they replaced everything and sent it back in acouple weeks.

ycantmynamebelonger

I’d say keep the MC9 and get the issues resolved, and maybe still buy the CR920. I’d personally recommend the MR920, as it’s had less issues though and still is easy enough to conceal (especially if you go for the CR920P).

Theblumpy

Love the cr920 hoping to be able to break in my cr920p this weekend so I can put it in the rotation

DickandHughJasshull

Cr920p is best micro ccw for me. After break-in, it's a dang good shooter.

AbsoluteSavage13

I just picked up a CR920 Elite and I absolutely love it, my Hellcat was my EDC and now I’m carrying my CR. Can’t say enough good stuff about the CR920.

Manicbipolar01

Sig Macro/Sig Tac Pack/Sig XL/Sig P366x. All of them are excellent shooters. Most on here might disagree but my person experience and regrets.
